Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.

  • A cancellation made 30 days or more before the trip start date will face a 50% cancellation fee of the total trip cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the departure date will undergo a 75% cancellation fee of the total trip cost.
  • If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the trip start date, 100% of the trip cost will be invited as cancellation fees.
  • No refund will be applicable If a rescheduling date request comes before 30 days, it can be done without any cancellation charges.
  • You may reschedule your trip 30 days in advance without any rescheduling or cancellation charges.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the departure date will not be accepted and the booking amount will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • if In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions, some activities may be canceled for safety reasons. While we will make every effort to offer suitable alternative experiences, no refunds will be issued for any such cancellations.
